Based in Los Angeles and working in New York City and beyond, we provide full-service interior design for whole-home renovations, ground-up residences, and furnishing projects. Our role is to bring clarity to a complex process—connecting architecture, materials, furnishings, function, and execution while keeping the larger vision intact.
Whole-Home Renovations & Ground-Up Residences
We collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other members of the design team from the earliest stages of a project. Space planning, kitchens and baths, millwork, lighting, materials, fixtures, and architectural details are considered together so that each decision supports the home as a whole.
Interior Finishes & Specifications
From flooring, stone, tile, and wallcoverings to plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, cabinet hardware, and paint, Newfield Design develops and specifies the materials that shape the character of a home. Selections are considered not only for beauty, but for function, durability, context, and the way they relate from room to room.
Furnishings, Art & Custom Design
Furniture plans, upholstery, window treatments, rugs, lighting, art, accessories, and custom pieces are layered to create rooms that feel collected rather than assembled. We work with trusted showrooms, artisans, fabricators, and workrooms to create interiors that are tailored to both the architecture and the people who live there.
Procurement & Installation
Newfield Design manages the purchasing and implementation of the interiors we specify, including ordering, expediting, tracking, receiving coordination, inventory, and delivery planning. We oversee the many details leading to installation so that furnishings, lighting, art, and accessories come together as one finished home.
