An industrial three-story residence tailored to our client’s lifestyle, collections, and point of view.

Set in Marina del Rey, the interiors balance the home’s industrial architecture with warm woods, layered textures, sculptural furnishings, and art. The kitchen was reimagined to improve function and flow, creating a home that feels personal, cohesive, and comfortable.
