A full renovation and furnishing project thoughtfully reimagined for a couple’s transition from the home they had lived in for 45 years.

This 20th-floor Wilshire Corridor penthouse was completely renovated and furnished for a couple beginning a new chapter after leaving the home they had lived in for 45 years. The design balances the familiarity and meaning of long-held pieces with a lighter, more tailored approach suited to their new way of living. Throughout the residence, Newfield Design reworked the interiors to feel sophisticated, comfortable, and highly personal, creating a home that feels both entirely new and unmistakably theirs.
